INGREDIENTS:
4 lbs chicken legs
4 TBSP melted butter
2 tsp sweetener or sugar (I use Stevia)
1.5 TBSP garlic powder
1.5 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP cumin
1 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP Chipotle powder (or 2 more TBSP chili powder)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (up to 1/2 tsp if you like heat!)
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat the oven to 375.
Pierce each chicken leg with a fork so that the flavors can seep in.
Mix together the butter with all seasonings in a bowl. Now for the fun part! Smear the buttery seasoning paste all over the chicken legs. It will be clumpy, and that's just fine!
Place coated chicken legs on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Turn the pieces a couple of times during cooking.
NOTES:
This is a great Keto main dish and goes perfectly with a tasty salad on the side!!
