Spicy Chicken Sandwich

 



Ingredients

1 chicken breast
Frank's Hot Sauce
2 eggs
Flour
Oil, for cooking


Directions

  1. Crack eggs and put into a bowl, whisk until well combined.

  2. Add some Frank's Hot Sauce into the egg mixture, whisk some more.

  3. Put flour on a plate - I used about 2 cups.

  4. Slice your chicken breast in half, length-wise.  You're aiming for two, thin fillets.  If your chicken breasts are thin already, use two breasts.

  5. Coat your chicken in the egg mixture, then in the flour.  If you're planning to double coat, refrigerate after the first coat, for about 15 minutes.  Then repeat egg dunk and flour coat.

  6. Fry in hot oil, about 6 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.

  7. Serve on a bun with toppings of your choice!
