Pan-Fried Tilapia

 



There are no measurements for this yummy fish!!


  1. Rinse and pat your tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season both sides with some salt, pepper, and paprika.  (I used smoked paprika.)
  3. Put some flour on a plate, and lightly press both sides of each fillet into the flour until coated.


Add a little oil to your skillet, and fry the fillets, roughly 5 minutes per side.

Serve with a salad or veggie of your choice!
