Pantry/Fridge Staples

As someone who classifies as a "low income" person, I try to think ahead when it comes to my pantry. There are always going to be those end of month times, when you're running low on ... well, everything. Its just a fact of life, especially when you have several mouths to feed.

There are things that you can keep on hand in your pantry/fridge to help out with those times.  They aren't necessarily the most healthy things in the store, but when it comes down to it, its better than nothing at all, and you can make some pretty filling dishes with these items.

Spaghetti
Elbow noodles (macaroni)
Tuna
Rice
Eggs
Spam
Pancake mix (the only add water kind)
Tomato sauce
Beans (Pinto, Black Beans, etc)
Cream soups (for casseroles)
Mashed potato flakes or potatoes
Bread
