Flour and ice cream got married and created a beautiful baby together! Trust me on this one - it sounds weird, but its delicious, I promise! My favorite is butter pecan, but you can try it with whatever kind of ice cream you want - just make sure its the full-fat stuff!! Lil note - this is not my picture because I forgot to take one.
Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking time: 45 min
Makes 1 (8 x 4) loaf of bread
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of Ice Cream, any flavor, softened
1 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350. Spray and flour an 8 x 4 loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix the ice cream and flour together until just combined.
Scoop into the loaf and and smooth out.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the loaf comes out with a few crumbs stuck to it.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
For best results, use full-fat ice cream!
