Baked Tilapia With Lemon and Olive Oil

 


INGREDIENTS

2 tilapia fillets approx. 1 inch thick
3/4 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 TBSP olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Drizzle fish with lemon and olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle with garlic and spices, lightly rub into fish.

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve with pan juices spooned over fish.
