INGREDIENTS
2 tilapia fillets approx. 1 inch thick
3/4 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 TBSP olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F.
Drizzle fish with lemon and olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic and spices, lightly rub into fish.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Serve with pan juices spooned over fish.
